Hola! SunDevs Inc is a 7 year old company that started in a small Colombian town in Latin America, and is now present in the US with clients across North America. We have two main business lines: (1) Staff Augmentation through Nearshoring and (2) Digital Transformation Projects.
We have about 85 people in total, with the majority being engineers, developers, and product designers. Our growth has come from absolutely killing it on the technical side and getting referrals from existing clients. Cinemark and Cafe Rio are two of our biggest clients that we work with from both business lines.

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with account managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. If you are focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved, this is a job for you.
To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:
Working with account managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of hopeful candidates.
Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, personality and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Arranging telephone/video interviews for technical reviews and client’s interviews.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Technical Recruiter Requirements:
A bachelor's of science or human resources degree.
Strong English skills.
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
